How to take care of your body after giving birth or delivery?

My sister gave birth to her little son 25 days ago and she wants to know if there are any advices or tips of how to get her body back to its previous condition? I mean how to get rid of the strech marks and colouring ( some part are getting darker than before) how get her body smooth and glowing and her face , too.

They have OTC stuff to help reduce the visibility of stretch marks. When she is feeling better, regular exercise and diet will help her get back into shape and tighten her skin again. To get a glowing face.. still take vitamins and lots of water
